You get a runtime error 13 after clicking OK on the results window.

During the install of HydraKEY, this error message pops up.  Of note, if not paying close attention, it looks like it installed properly due to the 'Completed' message at the top and the FINISHED button at the end, but if you read closely, you'll see this information.

The wizard was interrupted before HydraKey could be completely installed.

Click Finish to exit the wizard

Trying to edit a Fitting Sizes or Fitting in HydraLIST gives the error;

Subscript out of range

When trying to get into HydraCAD, you get this error message.

Your HCAD_ENV.INI file is corrupted.
This is found in the \HES\HYDRACADWER50\PROGRAMS\VersionXx
folder where XX is the version you are using. Please copy this file from
a working machine and reopen HydraCAD or contact Hydratec for
assistance
 

Opening a drawing is taking a long time.  The process is very slow.

When trying to redefine and insert a sprinkler head, you get this message in the command prompt;

Command:
H_SETSPR
Pick head insertion point. Pick any point besides endpoint to break into pipe (try NEArest osnap or TRACKING)

When trying to insert a sprinkler head schedule, after selecting the heads and attempting to select a point to insert the text, you get the following error;

When using Rapid Main or Rapid Line, clicking on the pipe causes a Fatal Error

While trying to process a job, the error below pops up;

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library|Runtime Error|SldReports.exe|abnormal program termination

and

Processing reports|Processing pipe sketches

When trying to raise to 3D, the following error message pops up;

Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eKeyNotFound

and

Exception Occured at AddURLToHyperlinks::HydraHeads

The drawing will continue to raise up to 3D, but there will be no 3D sprinkler heads shown

When attempting to define a sprinkler head, after selecting NEW SYMBOL and choosing a sprinkler head, when your click OK to set its definitions, nothing happens and you go back to a command prompt.  The defininition window does not appear at all.  If you notice grey colored text,this is also a cue there is something wrong

When trying to raise to 3D, show model, show system model, you get the error;

Access denied to HydraPipe Utilities

and

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at HCADexports.RevitConversion.create_hydrapipes_from_db()

Upon calculating a file, the error message, "Failed to launch C:\HES\Hydratec for revit\programs\calcdiagnose.exe" pops up.

Was preceeded by these messages;

Plus this;  Number of Loops -1 and or Nodes with undesignated elevations

No Pipe Types are displayed in the Pipes ...  Pipe Types...  drop down list

Pipe Types known to be selected are not included in the  Pipe...  Pipe Types...  drop down list

When trying to create a new Info Sheet, you're greeted with the error;

Unable to Load HCADWIN.MNL

ARX does not load. HydraCAD functions do not work

AutoCAD Options Files tab contains greyed out entries. No entries in the Files tab can be edited, added or deleted
