Description:

Error Opening Hydratec Long Term Authorization Renewal Utility.

Solutions:

Cause:

You are trying to renew your long term authorization and it can't find the file "<Drive>\HES\HydraKEY\HydraLicenseUpdater.exe"
Solution:

-File is being blocked or is missing.

-In the case that it is missing. Re-Install HydraKEY.  Install can be found at:

https://hydrakey-public.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/HydraKeyInstall.exe

-In the case of blocking, check user rights, virus scanner and User Account control settings.  Make sure they are permissive enough to allow the file to be run.  White list the file in your virus scanner if that is required.
