Solutions:

Cause:

The Updater Utility is missing or being blocked on the local machine.
Solution:

-If the "HydraLicenseUpdater.exe" file is missing from your /HES/HydraKEY folder, Reinstall HydraKEY.

-If the file is present,  white list the file with you virus scanner or discover through your administrator what might be blocking it.
