Security and Licensing HydraKEY (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)
Description:
The Long Term Authorization on the local machine has already expired and is no longer transferable.
-Try hitting the "Renew Authorization" button on the machine where authorization currently resides. 
-If you recieve "Success" dialog, you may now transfer the authorization.
-If you get a "Failure" Dialog, make sure the authorization hasn't already been tranferred to a different machine previously.
-If it has expired on this machine and cannot be renewed, then contact Hydratec to help with repairing your authorization.
