After calculating the system, the results show, "Your System Has a Deficit"

System is -nan(ind) psi over the Water Supply Curve

While trying to authorize the software, the following message pops up; 

Failed to access cloud storage.  Error: Unable to load DLL HydraLIB.dll:  The specified module could not be found

Error: A Webexception with status NameResolutionFailure was thrown.

Error: A WebException with status SecureChannelFailure was thrown.

A failure to call the Hydratec security server occured.

This error occurs when starting the AutoCALC process.
 
No AutoCALC dialog box will show up.

Unable to load defaults during HydraCALC Setup. Occasionally will give an error, but most commonly nothing will be filled in. 

Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions.FileNotFoundException: C:\HES\Hydratec for Revit\DATA\Families\2022\Annotation\Hydraulic Referece Point - HydraCAD.rfa

No error, but inserting a HYD hydraulic reference point will use the coordinates as the node ID. If you check the properties of the block, the VALUE & LOCATION values are swapped.

Before raising to 3D, the sidewall sprinklers point in the correct direction.  After returning to 3D, some sidewalls have been flipped 180°

After 'finishing area' then exiting out of the Calc Setup screen, no HYD2 (white) reference points are inserted on the drawing Missing Reference Points No Reference Points
