The computer had the Chinese language loaded as a second language The program could not open acsizefl.txt becuse it was messing with the way it read the ½” marks. To test eliminate the 1/2" marks in the acsizefl and try to open HydraLIST if it opens this is the problem. A side problem, it was uninstalled the HydraCALC program when the update is installed . runtime error 457

The system was set to force an update of the setup data when entering the program. the first open system was active and caused the data base to be locked. the sencond openning tried to up data which was already open the the first system and the error occured. runtime error 75 75
