Solutions:

Cause:

Openning, Processing or Error Checking a project Error 3050: Couldn't lock file.

Solution:

1)Changing security settings to give that person (or a user group to which the person belongs) full access usually solves the problem. If not check the security setting on the .MDB and .hlf files and make sure that the person or user group has full access. If you are still getting the error, look for a old .LDB file and delete it. 2) disable real time scan. after running several lists you can try turning it back on.
