Error Type: Runtime Error

Description:

You get a runtime error 13 after clicking OK on the results window.

 

Solutions:

Cause:

End user was running a source calc on a standpipe system and the k-factor/flow was entered as a flow

 
Solution:

A source calc is used to find out the maximum density available based on your water supply.  The k-factor/flow column MUST be entered as a k-factor, not as a flow (and obviously you need a density there).

 

If you're trying to find the system demand of the standpipe, run the calculation without any water supplies.  If there's a pump in the calc, stop your calc at the pump outlet reference point
