AutoCAD Based Sprinklers (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Select Sprinkler

Description:

When attempting to define a sprinkler head, after selecting NEW SYMBOL and choosing a sprinkler head, when your click OK to set its definitions, nothing happens and you go back to a command prompt.  The defininition window does not appear at all.  If you notice grey colored text,this is also a cue there is something wrong

Solutions:

1.
Cause:

Corrupt drawing database
Solution:

Use the AUDIT command and select Y to fix errors.
2.
Cause:

If the text in the box is grey then no sprinkler heads will be defined.
Solution:

Try the RBL command to rebuild the layers, then try AUDIT as noted in the other solution.  Saving, closing, then re-opening the drawing may be helpful.
