AutoCAD Based 3D Modeling (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Show System Model Error Type: Access Denied

Description:

When trying to raise to 3D, show model, show system model, you get the error;

Access denied to HydraPipe Utilities

and

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at HCADexports.RevitConversion.create_hydrapipes_from_db()

Solutions:

Cause:

Possibly a problem with the drawing's database

Solution:

Try the AUDIT command and make sure to allow it to fix errors.

Cause:

Older version of HydraCAD possibly, however not always the solution

Solution:

An update SHOULD make the error go away. At the time of writing this card, HydraCAD v56.05 rev1c or v57.02 should fix the problem.

Cause:

Computer needs to be rebooted

Solution:

Turn OFF the computer and turn it back on again. NOT a restart, it must be a reboot.
