AutoCAD Based 3D Modeling (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Show System Model Error Type: System Exception

Description:

When trying to raise to 3D, the following error message pops up;

Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eKeyNotFound

and

Exception Occured at AddURLToHyperlinks::HydraHeads

The drawing will continue to raise up to 3D, but there will be no 3D sprinkler heads shown

Solutions:

Cause:

There aren't any sprinkler heads defined, no blue boxes in ACC1 layer

 

Blue box definition differs from sprinkler head block name.  Uppercase vs lowercase
Solution:

Define your sprinkler heads and ensure each defined symbol has a corresponding blue box.

 

User had a blue box with HEAD7 but when checking the properties of the sprinkler head, the block's name was head7.  Likely caused when older drawings with previously defined sprinkler heads are used as a base or template.

You'll have to swap the symbol to something else (ie. use CHB to convert all the head7 blocks to HEADx (choose an unused symbol), then PURGE out the block 'head7' and delete the blue box for HEAD7.  Then redefine the sprinkler head.
