Solutions:

Cause:

Toolbox import utility brings family into your project but only one of the two types of that family.  Standard is the type missing and the type needed.
Solution:

Force the load of the family and type needed.  This can be done by:

  • Opening the toolbox
  • Find the needed family (Head2 in the sample above)
  • Right click on that family and Edit Family
  • Load into project (your project) and close (save is not necessary)
  • Restart Pretty Sprinklers

If your project has multiple sprinkler families in it you will likely need to do the above for each family.
