Standalone HydraCALC (Location)

Button: Open Error Type: LoadRegValue for StrInstallDrive

Description:

When opening HydraCALC or trying to run a calculation, the dialog boxes below appear. 

"Loading from Master Data Location" 

"LoadRegValue for StrInstallDrive MasterLoad Form|Activaate = C:"

After clicking OK or pressing ENTER, HydraCALC will open or finish up the calculation

 

 

 

Solutions:

Cause:

This was created for debugging purposes when testing network and local drive locations during the programming phase.  When version 50.54.4 was compiled, the programmer was absent minded and forgot to remove this check. 

This will not harm anything.

This is not an error.

Click OK and continue through, everything else will work as advertised, it will still continue to copy the network files over to the local drive.

Version 50.55.1 is in testing at the moment and the check has been removed.  It is due for release in summer 2020.
Solution:

1. If you need to receive updated data files from the network, you will have to live with this message.  Press ENTER or click OK to get past the message.

2. If you don't need the network auto-updates and are fine with using the database on the local drive, go to the menu [Options|Edit User Options], uncheck both boxes then select the button to reset the Master Data location to blank, or type in 'na'.  Click OK then close and re-open HydraCALC.  

As a reminder, the 50.55 update has removed this check.
