The Master Data seems to be loading if set to Auto-update or the system just hangs until the Microsoft screen appears.

Solutions:

Cause:

Program never opens. Microsoft screen appears to send an e-mail about the error message.

Solution:

The user had Adobe Acrobat Distiller PDF writer for Acrobat 5.0 set as the default printer. The detail error message points toward pscript5.dll file as a problem. Change the PC default printer to a standard printer device.
