Drawing zooms out to expected isometric view as if 3D System Model has been completed. No 3D Pipe can be found. Unknown cause

Solution:

Start a new drawing using a template. off to the side - draw two pipes with a riser nipple and elevation specifications. Elevate these two pipes to verify that it works properly. Use the INSERT command to insert the problem drawing file into the new template exploded. The pipe should now raise into the 3D Model.
