Retrieve HydratecRevitContent is missing from the Add-Ins - Hydratec pulldown menu in Revit

 

Solutions:

1.
Cause:

the files didn't get installed properly.
Solution:

Go to the menu C:\HES\Hydratec for Revit\Programs folder and run the file HydratecRevitAddinAssistant.exe

If prompted on the first attempt, choose to UNINSTALL.  Then run it a 2nd time and allow it to install itself
2.
Cause:

possible missing registry entry
Solution:

HydraCAD Revit Link looks in the Registry in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Hydratec for Hydracad Major Versions - add these major versions as necessary.
