Cause:

Various issues with the DETAILS layer.

Solution:

1. DETAILS layer was locked. Unlock it and try again.

2. DETAILS layer was frozen. Thaw it and you should be able to continue.

3. DETAILS layer was turned off. Turn it on then continue.
