1. User had a defline on a pipe with a computer generated vertical pipe and then another defline with the same elevation. this causes the computer generated verticle pipe to have a 0-0 length.

2. Jump detour involved with seperate system boundaries and only one boundary is chosen for calculations

1. Change one of the elevation deflines or delete the vertical pipe since it is flat in this instance.
