ERROR CODE: 0X80040154 FAILED TO CREATE DAO SERVER OR ERROR CODE: 0x80029c4a FAILED TO CREATE DAO SERVER 0X80040154

Solutions:

Cause:

The DAO32Server for Database writing is not registering or not in the proper location.

Solution:

Make Sure that DAO32Server.exe AND DAO32Server.tlb are both in C:\HES\HydraCad\Ver50\Programs\50.2 On Vista Machine's you must Turn off User Account Control in the Control Panel under User Accounts. Then in start\Run... type the following into the blank where it says "Open:" C:\HES\HydraCad\Ver50\Programs\50.2\DAO32Server.exe /REGSERVER There will be no notification that it worked except that now Autolist will run.
