Cause:

Unknown but likely an AutoCAD 2025/Hcad v58 issue.

Specifically when inserting this part in Acad 2025, the program will crash, but inserting the same part in Acad 2024 worked.

If you're adventurous...

Find out the drawing name by looking at the PN below the CANCEL button.

In Windows Explorer, navigate to this folder;

C:\HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\Programs\3DFTGS and look for the matching .DWG file with the part number. In this case 4025040025.dwg

Open the file in AutoCAD 2025 then save it. Then attempt to insert it via the parts tree again in your working drawing. This was successful with my test.
