Description:

When Retrieving MEP content an error occurs. This is caused by a bad heads in the HydraCAD for AutoCAD project.

Command Failure for External Command

Cause:

This is caused by a bad sprinkler head information in the HydraCAD for AutoCAD drawing.

Solution:

Currently there is no solution.

You can still get the Lines and Mains MEP content into Revit.

When generating the MEP content in HydraCAD for AutoCAD, do not select all. Instead select Mains and Lines individually.

The piping content will be transferred over without sprinkler heads.
