Revit Based Add-Ins (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: HydraCAD Function: Retrieve HydraCAD Revit MEP Content Error Type: Revit could not complete the external command.

When Retrieving MEP content this error occurs... Revit encountered a Attempt to modify the model outside of transaction

Solutions:

Cause:

The AutoCAD model being imported included sprinklers that had one or more unrecognized or invalid part numbers.

Solution:

Update to Hydratec for Revit version 26.2.007 or greater.

Cause: The AutoCAD model being imported included sprinklers that had one or more unrecognized or invalid part numbers.

Solution:

If you are currently unable to update, you can still get the Lines and Mains MEP content into Revit.

When generating the MEP content in HydraCAD for AutoCAD, do not select all. Instead select Mains and Lines individually.

The piping content will be transferred over without sprinkler heads.
