Solutions:

Cause:

An attempt has been made to activate this subscription but it failed for the reason mentioned in the section following "Server Replied:"
Solution:

This error will tell you the problem. 

If it is "No Matching Record in the database", then it is because you are not authorized to use this subscription or the subscription is currently active on another of your machines.  Release it on that machine before attempting to use it here.
