FAILED TO ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION.    Server Reply corrupt. Please make sure you've registered this machine. Then open a product contained in this subscription to attempt to activate it.



Either you hit the Subscription tab's Renew button or have tried to open a product for this subscription. But during the Activation call to AWS, it received a bad answer back or uncertified code.

  1. Make sure this machine is Registered to this subscription.
  2. Make sure the subscription (if it is STATIC) is not in use on another machine.  This can be seen in the subscription grid and tab in HydraKEY.
  3. Attempt to open a product contained in this subscription.
  4. Wait for it to contact the server and attempt to Activate again.
