Description:

Processing gets stuck / freezes at optimization for pipe type(s)

Solutions:

Cause:

There are too many pipes of a certain type to optimize (In excess of 1000+)

 
Solution:

Turning off optimizing (Pipe Sketch Summary 3) will allow the project to process. 

If your goal was to optimize the pipes, you can still achieve that by separating the project into small pieces and processing those.
