Description:

Failure at Step 5a.3b

Cause:

Ensure that you didn’t make a loop in the riser.

Solution:

Set System Dividers in place to break the loop. Learn more about System Dividers and how they act here

Cause:

If there is a flow switch inserted on a pipe, it can cause a delay / hang up on step 5a.3b

Solution:

Remove the flow switch and reconnect the pipe, the calculation should proceed.
