Cause:

Calculation had likely been run before from another location.  For instance, it was run at the office using the network drive as the file location.  When attempting to run it at home, the network drive was no longer available.
Solution:

Pick OK to dismiss the error box.

Pick the Browse Button to select a file location available on this computer

Restart the calculation.
