Standalone HydraCALC (Location)
Description:
When trying to create a new Info Sheet, you're greeted with the error;
Error during load of .INF data, mismatched file versus form
It's possible that re-installing HydraCALC (full install, not update) to an existing system does not overwrite the data file for the info sheet.
The latest HydraCALC update ensures the file is overwritten, so re-running the update can help, or see the solution about getting a copy of the newest .INF file
FYI - If re-installing HydraCALC, it's best to rename the C:\HES\HydraCALC folder to C:\HES\HydraCALC_OLD, then run the full install. This forces the install to rebuild all the files and folder structure.
A copy of newest .INF file should solve it.
At the time of this writing (20 Apr 21), the .INF file can be download from here;
1. Close HydraCALC
2. Save/download the file to your computer.
https://hydratec.sharefile.com/d-sdca46702700d440697d2ba968278451c
This file will likely be saved to your Downloads folder, you do not need to keep downloading it, just open Windows Explorer and navigate to DOWNLOADS
2a. Make sure you can see file extensions in Windows File Explorer before continuing...
3. Rename the file extension from NFPA Info Sheet.txt to NFPA Info Sheet.inf
4. Move the file to this folder and making sure to overwrite the "bad" one.
C:\HES\HydraCALC\Ver50\Data\Setup\Reports
5. Re-open HydraCALC, then the job, then try to create an info sheet.
