Solutions:

Cause:

1. missing data files in \HES\HYDRACAD\Ver50\DATA\SETUP 
2. related to the vlax error, try sizing a line to see if the Error No Function Definition: vlax... error shows up.
Solution:

1. Copy \HES\HYDRACAD\Ver50\DATA\SETUP from another computer to this one. Let Art know if this happens again
