AutoCAD Based Sprinklers (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: FSC Setup Error Type: Input string was not in a correct format

Description:

When defining a flexible sprinkler connection, the following error is raised ("Input string was not in a correct format"):

Solutions:

1.
Cause:

OverPercent and UnderPercent in dialog properties are not set or incorrectly set or bad data
Solution:

Set values in the two text boxes on the dialog PROPERTIES tab in the Flexible Sprinkler Dialog box.

Cause:

OverPercent and UnderPercent in dialog properties are not set or incorrectly set.
Solution:

Edit the "[InstallPath]\hes\HydraCAD\Ver50\Programs\FTG\Flexible Sprinkler Connections\[Manufacturer]\[Product]\FSC-AttributeValuesSubstitutions.txt" text file.

  • [InstallPath] = Driveletter your Hydratec software is installed on
  • [Manufacturer] = Manufacturer of the Flexible Sprinkler you are using (i.e. - FlexHead, Victaulic...)
  • [Product] = Manufacturer's Flexible Sprinkler product you are using (i.e. - Standard, Industrial...)

Find the following lines:

FSC-PropertyName                       ~ Instance-Over-Percent

FSC-PropertyValue                      ~ [OP]

;

FSC-PropertyName                       ~ Instance-Under-Percent

FSC-PropertyValue                      ~ [UP]

Change the [OP] and [UP] to the percent over and under that you would like available for your hose length.

* Text entered must be a number

Example:

FSC-PropertyName                       ~ Instance-Over-Percent

FSC-PropertyValue                      ~ 10

FSC-PropertyValue                      ~ 20

Save the file.
