Solutions:

Cause:

Bad, corrupt, generally uncooperative file in the '\HES\HydraVALVE\VER55\Data' folder
Solution:

1a. If one has access to another computer where the valve selector is working properly, then with Revit closed, replace the files in the :\HES\HydraVALVE\VER55\Data folder with the same files from the working computer.

1b. With Revit closed, from the :\HES\HydraVALVE\VER55\Data folder delete these files, reopen Revit, try valve selector, one will be told that files are missing, download latest head selector, close Revit, reopen Revit and that should fix it.
