Section View Type set to enforce a View Template
Solution:

If you go to any section view, and click on “Edit Type” for the section view you will see the following:

 

 

The sleeves are failing because they are making section views and trying to ensure that the detail level is set to fine.  You have section views set to be created using a view template.  That view template locks the detail level of the view.  So changing the detail level of a view with a locked detail level creates an error, which makes the command quit.

 

Change the circled parameter to <None> retry and it will work.
