Standalone Head Selector (Location)
Description:
One session of HydraHEAD is already opened and another session is trying to be opened. Because the database is in use for the first session, the second session's file is locked out, thereby giving the runtime error.
A common reason is when HydraHEAD is off screen and the user thinks the program hasn't been opened yet, then they attempt to re-open it. This usually happens when the user is going from multiple monitors to just one.
Click OK on the permission denied message to get rid of the 2nd HydraHEAD session.
• If you can see a HydraHEAD icon in the Windows task bar (bottom of the screen), on your keyboard, select then hold the WIN key then press the right arrow key a few times until it returns to the main screen.
• If Win + rt arrow doesn't work, select the icon in your taskbar then press ALT+SPACEBAR, then press M, then press right arrow, then move your mouse around.
• If neither of the two options above work, delete this registry key/folder;
