Standalone HydraLIST (Location)
Description:
Trying to process a stocklist, nothing happens. Literally, you click the button to process the job, then nothing happens.
Likely due to the appliation SLDREPORTS.EXE being blocked from running. This can be confirmed by trying to run it via Windows File Explorer. If nothing happens, the file is blocked. If you get the error below, then it's working.
C:\HES\Hydlist\Ver50\Programs\SldReports.exe
Should be fixed in SLD 50.24 update
No error but the application is being blocked from running
The same issue as above with vsPDF.ocx can occur with vsPrint7.ocx. The following steps should be completed for both files.
You should get.
-Right-click on sldreport.exe
-Pick run as administrator

See if running the latest HydraLIST update gets past the issue. [GAB 23 Apr 19] If you have windows 10 version 1803 build 17234.228 then update windows update windows 10 then test. or The program is blocked by firewall or virus software - turn off firewall and virus software and test If the executable runs, find were the firewall or virus software has block the program and allow access. If the program still will not open, with administrator rights and the fire wall and virus software off delete sldreports.exe and install the HydraLIST Update.

Verify these files are on the computer;
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ VSLight6.ocx
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ vsPDF.ocx
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ VSPRINT7.ocx
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ VsVIEW6.ocx
Go to the windows search box
Type run
Type
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\vsPDF.ocx /u
Search your c: drive for vsPDF.ocx
Delete and vsPDF.ocx that is found
There will be at least one of them
Restart your computer
send a copy of vsPDF.ocx
Copy the file to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
Type CMD into the windows search box
Right-click where it says Command Prompt App
Pick Run as Administrator
Type
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\vsPDF.ocx
Press enter
You should get a ReSrv32 message that says succeeded in the message
Close the window
Restart your computer
Navigate to the hes\hydlist\ver50\programs folder
Right-click on sldreport.exe
Pick run as administrator
2 windows should appear
1 window will say Invalid Argument
If so the issue is fixed
