"Please wait while windows configures (Program Name Here)"

Solution:

To prevent this we must convince the Microsoft installer program that it has finished installing the program named in the message. Go to Windows Control Panel to where you can "Uninstall a Program". Click on program named in the message and do a REPAIR This will tell the Microsoft installer program that it has finished the installation. You should not get that message again.
