Cause:

Upon opening HydraLIST, you get a Runtime Error 53 File not found.

"C:\HES\Hydlist\Ver50\Data\Setup\BitMaps\ !Blank.bmp" runtime-error
Solution:
  1. Get a copy of that file from a working computer.
  2. !BLANK.BMP and save it into the folder.
  3. "C:\HES\Hydlist\Ver50\Data\Setup\BitMaps\".
