Security and Licensing Hardware Lock (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Description:

Hardware lock not present after new install of V5.5 for existing HydraCALC for Revit customer.

Solutions:

Cause:

Existing customer with earlier versions of HydraCALC for Revit, they're hardware lock is not properly entitled for this version of HydraCALC for Revit.
Solution:

Send the hardware lock back for reprogramming, or send the hardware lock back and switch to a software lock entitlement.
