Cause:

There are various other things that can create this issue, here are some other causes:

1.) Sidewall sprinklers with a 0'0 length piece of 1/2" pipe connecting the sprinkler to the reducing fitting.

2.) Problem with Tee family being used.

3.) Transition coupling type may not be recognized.

Solution:

Solutions corresbonding to cause number:

1.) Delete the pipe, move the sprinkler onto the fitting.

2.) Switched to the generic tee family.

3.) Load the generic transition, coupling family. Switch the transition couplings to the Generic transition coupling.

Cause:

The connected model you submitted to the calculation process is missing one or more connections. This creates a model made up of two or more islands.
