Description:

The ActiveX compontent has not been installed correctly, it has not been installed or one of it's dependencies is missing. This error is also caused by installing Duck Call software and then Uninstalling that software. A recent install of new software or hardware has stepped on one of the existing .dll files. Runtime Error 429

Can't Create ActiveX component
Solution:

Check to see if Internet Explorer is loaded and is working. One of the many files to look at may be dao350.dll. Check the internet to get the file and instructions on loading it. Duck Call Solution Reinstall the Duck Call software and then manually delete the folder the software was installed in. The Duck Call software uninstalled DLL's that are required by HydraLIST If all else fails, uninstall HydraList, then re-install HydraList.
