Cause:

1) Possilby due to extreme differences in Equivalent K reference point elevations 2) Invalid pipe type in equiv k tab

Solution:

1) Confirm the elevations are legitimate and try again. 2) Confirm pipe size is a valid size for the shown pipe type.
