1) missing HashKeyValue string in registry or user.ini depending on version 2) call Hydratec
1) Go into Regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hydratec\General\Setup If the string HASHKEYVALUE is missing right click on SetUp and go to New > String. Add the string and set it to 3030 or fix it in user.ini
