Solutions:

Cause:

Acsizefl.txt is missing if a user uninstalled SMaRTools it may have removed this file......... C:\HES\COMMON\VER50\Acsizefl. or possible corrupted Master.dat or The automatic node points being used create a duplicate entry in the transfer file. For example: A pipe input from node 5 to 17 creates a pipe marker of 517 in the transfer file. Another pipe from node 51 to 7 also creates a pipe marker of 517 in the transfer file. (This 517 marker is the duplicate Key).

Solution:

copy from another machine or have Hydratec send you a new one. the install version of Master.dat can be downloaded from the website Manually assign node points in the design area or uncheck the SET UP DROPS AS EQUIVELENT K-FACTORS. This will reorder the nodes and pipe list to change the pipe markers in the transfer file.
