Solutions:

Cause:

1. A string of input (probably in the INFO SHEET) starts with @5 - for example @52 PSI. 2. Possibly an error message hidden under the input screen. 3. Can also be caused if a second Hyd_calc running under Processes in the task manager 4. Customer was doing a standpipe static calc with a flow input of H.0001 - Value is too small.

Solution:

1. a) Delete the @ symbol from the input in the INFO SHEET, @5 means end of all data. b) Update Hydraview to v50.33 or later. 2. Minimize hydraulics, close error message and try again. 3. Shut down Hydraulics - open task mngr - Close any Hyd functions running - close task mngr 4. Smallest flow allowed is H.001 so results are not all 0 for Calculated Flow, Pressure PF and Velocity.
