AutoCAD Support file search path is pointing to extra, incorrect paths. Usually caused by migrating settings during install rather than running a clean install.

Solution:

Go to pulldown menu; Tools|Options|FILES tab. Next to Support File Search Path, user had almost duplicate paths, but some had \acadm as an extra folder. ie. C:\Program Files\...\AutoCAD 2016\acadm\support AND C:\Program Files\...\AutoCAD 2016\support We deleted all paths which referred to \ACADM, then restarted Acad. All worked after that.
