Water supply test point not connected to a pipe. Reinsert water supply\test point

Solutions:

Cause:

AutoCALC does not recognize the water source. Bad block or not converted from previous version

Solution:

Erase the souce (hydrant) and node point. Use HydraTools > Tools > Super Purge Then re-insert the source point

Cause:

Sloping defline on a pipe connected to a Vertical Pipe that is conected to the Underground pipe that test point is on

Solution:

Change the riser nipple connected to the underground pipe to COMPUTER GENERATED. Then add an elevation specification to the underground pipe. Another possible solution... Select the Vertical Pipe Pick properties Under "Common Pipe Info" set "allowSlope" to "NO"
