Step 1a.1 - You may be missing a selected pipe type from master.dat or no pipe type has been selected for a particular system component

Solutions:

Cause:

ALL the pipe types in the sizing dialog box are not registered in the INI file. The error occurs when the system is being raised into the system model and the hydrapipes are being assigned pipe types.
Solution:

Pick the SIZING button in the AutoCalc Setup dialog box. Change ALL pipe types in the dialog box from the current setting to any other type and then reset them to the desired pipe type. This will insure that all the pipe type values in the INI file will be set with acceptable data. Try AutoCALC again. ****early obsolete solution**** Use the Change diameter command and change all the ? to 1". This should allow the AutoCALC to run. You will be able to edit the sizes once in HydraCALC. (NOTE this solution worked because the pipe type for 1" diameter happened to be one of the values set in the INI file.)
