Solution:

RENAME THE FOLLOWING 3 Files (if they exist) in WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 & AGAIN IN WINDOWS/SYSWOW64: -MFC100U.DLL to MFC100U-OLD.DLL -MSVCR100.DLL to MSVCR100-OLD.DLL -MSVCP100.DLL to MSVCP100-OLD.DLL Then have them download the file posted on sharefile: 'HydexVB3-64Files.msi' Then have them double click it, there are no prompts. It just runs and fixes them.
