Windows user may not have admin rights
Solution:

a) Run the HydraCAD update as an administrator. Right-click the file and click 'Run as administrator' (5/19/14 GAB)

b) Shift right-click the HydraCAD update .EXE and select 'run as different user.' Use the admin login information when the install asks for the other user's information. (8/04/15 GAB)
