AutoCAD Based 3D Modeling (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)
Description:
Upon starting the Show 3D command (S3D) the drawing immediately switches to SE isometric, reports no errors but no 3D piping is visible. Even newly drawn pipe won't elevate.

Drawing successfully elevated to 3D. No errors were found
Riser nipple(s) is/are set to be "permanent" HydraPipes.
1. While in 2D Edit Mode, at the command prompt, type QSELECT then press ENTER
2. Set 'Object Type' to HYDRAPIPE
3. Set 'Operator' to SELECT ALL
4. Click OK. All VPs on the drawing will be selected and their grips will be visible.

5. Type PROPERTIES or view the Properties palette.
6. Scroll down to the 'Common Pipe Info' section and look for PERMANENT. Set the value to '0-Not Permanent'

*** If there is no Riser nipples in the drawing add one, raise to 3D and then lower again. You can then remove the RN and raise as normal.
