During the AutoCAD 2014 installation, the user unchecked the option to install Autodesk 360. Even after the install, 360 was still there, so it was uninstalled.
Solution:

AutoCAD has to uninstalled then re-installed. The user tried to Repair the AutoCAD installation, but it didn't work. HydraCAD does not need to be un/re installed, but after the Acad re-installation, use the "Configure AutoCAD for HydraCAD" tool.
